Questions
Do guests have to install anything?
No. They scan the QR code on the table and the camera opens in their browser. A native app exists but is optional — it is for people who want their whole event history in one place.
What if the venue has poor signal?
Photos queue up and upload as soon as the connection returns. Nobody loses a frame.
When does photo storage start counting?
From your event date, not the day you paid. You can book a year ahead without losing a single day. We remind you 30 and 7 days before anything is deleted.
Can we remove a photo we do not like?
Yes. You see every photo as it arrives and can hide or delete any of them.
Is the gallery public?
It lives at a link by default, but you can lock it with a password or PIN. The files themselves are private — nobody opens a photo without going through your gallery.
How many people can manage the event?
Several people can enter the same Project Code — both partners and your wedding planner. The first one becomes the owner, and only the owner can take access away.
